Roger Davis Obituary

Roger Dean Davis, age 83, passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2020 after a lengthy illness. A private memorial service will be held at his home. Belk Funeral Home of Darlington is assisting the family during this time.

Born January 22, 1937 in Greenbush, Wisconsin, Roger was the son of the late Gerald Davis and Ada A. Anderson Davis. He worked as a carpenter and enjoyed woodworking, gardening, and visiting his buddies.

Surviving are his wife of 13 years, Grace Reynolds Davis of Darlington; daughters, Tracy (Birch) Skinner of Darlington, Pam (Bill) Bullock of Florence, and Cheryl (Carl) Gaddy of Florence; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; sister, Carol Davis (Johnny) Brown of Cleveland, NC; several nieces and nephews; and his dog, Joe.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
