Ms. Outlaw loved the mountains, flowers, birds, taking photographs, and spending time with her children and grandchildren, especially baking cookies during the holidays. She was very protective and a spiritual person. She was strong and independent and loved to travel. She always helped others in need and made everyone feel welcome and loved.
