Jane M. (McKee) Baldwin

Jane McKee Baldwin, age 87, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2020. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 15th at First Baptist Church in Darlington, directed by Belk Funeral Home, with a private burial following at Grove Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Saturday at the church fellowship hall. Social distancing procedures will be followed during the visitation.

Born October 26, 1932, Jane was the daughter of the late Ted McKee and Marion Gainey McKee. She taught Kindergarten at Pate School for many years. Jane had a passion for Darlington and was beloved by many. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Darlington where she served as a Sunday school teacher and sang in the church choir.

Surviving are her sons, Harmon “Hal” (Donna) Baldwin of Hartsville and Andrew “Andy” Keith (Kyong Sook) Baldwin of Columbia; grandchildren, Maggie Baldwin (Corey) Gardner of Hartsville and Melli Baldwin of Florence; sisters-in-law, Lonnie McKee and Annette Baldwin; brother and sister-in-law, Billy (Ann) Baldwin.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harmon Baldwin; and her brothers, Stanton McKee and Skinner McKee.
