Jamie Craft

Jamie “J.C.” Craft, age 59 passed away August 2, 2022. A celebration of life will be held in the chapel of Belk Funeral Home on Saturday, August 13th at 2:00, a visitation will take place at 1:30pm.

Jamie was born in Darlington on June 18, 1963. He is the son of Patricia “Pat” Craft and the late Jack Craft. Jamie worked as an over the road truck driver, a skill he learned at the age of 14. Because of his passion for driving, he also raced cars in his earlier years. Mr. Craft also enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.

In addition to his mother, Jamie is survived by his daughters, Chelsea Weatherford and Jerri Ann (Chris) Newman, grandson, Christopher Newman Jr; sister, Jackie (Ronnie) Huggins, nieces and nephews; Ronda Whitmire, Ronnie Huggins Jr, Brianna Calcutt, Austin Huggins, Sara Huggins and also many aunts, cousins and friends.
