Everette C. Weatherford, Jr.

Everette C. Weatherford, Jr., age 82, passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2023. A visitation will be held on Friday, August 18th from the times of 10:00am until 11:00am in Mechanicsville Baptist Church. A funeral service will follow the visitation in the church at 11:00am, with burial immediately following in the church cemetery.

Everette was born in Darlington on August 1, 1941 to Myrtle Warr Weatherford and the late Everette C. Weatherford, Sr. Everette worked in the commercial advertising industry in the Atlanta, Georgia area for many years. Before the passing of his wife, Glenda Weatherford in 2017 the two enjoyed spending quality time together and traveling in their RV, going boating and anything that was around the water. He was a member of Mechanicsville Baptist Church

He is survived by his mother, Myrtle Warr Weatherford; children, Charles (Espie) Weatherford, Timothy Weatherford, Tracy Weatherford; grandchildren, Steven (Carol) Weatherford, Thomas (Hallie) Weatherford, and Violet and Elena Weatherford. Everett is also survived by his brother, J. L. Weatherford.

Everette is preceded in death by his father, Everette C. Weatherford, Sr.; sister, Connie Weatherford Galliher; and a sister-in-law, Shirley Weatherford.
