Emma Chapman Obituary

Emma Annette Chapman, age 79, went home to be with her Lord Monday, January 4, 2021. A memorial service will be held on a later date. Belk Funeral Home is assisting the family during this time.

Born September 28, 1941, Annette was the daughter of the late Henry D. Chapman and Mary Elizabeth (Bobby) Patterson. She retired from Darlington Nytronics, and was a faithful member of Temple Free Will Baptist Church.

Surviving are her daughter, Debbie (Roger) Langley of Darlington; son, Allen (Kim) Ritch of Florence; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren sister, Cecilia (Doug) Weatherford of Flint, MI; brothers, Ted Vernon (Rachel) Chapman and Donnie Chapman, and a sister-in-law, Julia Ann Chapman.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy Chapman and Darrell Chapman.

Memorials may be made to Temple Free Will Baptist Church, 1660 N Governor Williams Hwy, Darlington, SC 29540.
