Wade "Pee Wee" L Jordan

Wade Leonard Jordan, age 82, passed away on Friday, September 9, 2022. The family will receive friends from 3:00pm until 4:00pm in the chapel of Belk Funeral Home in Lamar on Monday, September 12th. A graveside service will be at 4:00pm in Newman Swamp Cemetery on Monday.

Wade was born on September 2, 1940 in Lamar, SC. He is the son of the late James Wade Jordan and Annie Watford Jordan. Pee Wee was a civil engineer and worked as a project manager for Nan-Ya Plastics. He managed building projects in the midwest and in the north. Mr. Jordan was also employed by Florence Builders.  He loved his dogs, reading, gardening, and watching stuff grow.

Wade served the United States of America in the Navy.

He is survived by his daughter, Lyee (Tom) Braswell, grandchildren, Kelsey Braswell and Kaylee Braswell, brother, Francis Jordan, sister, Agnes Amerson, many nieces and  nephews including a special nephew, Billy (Mary) Jordan.

In addition to his parents, Wade is preceded in death by three brothers, Elbert Jordan, Sidney Jordan, Pete Jordan, and a sister, Louise Branham.
