Vickie Lynn Poston Tyson, age 57, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, October 25, 2023. Funeral services will be held at a later date.

Vickie was born in Florence on August 19, 1966, daughter of the late James "Jimmy" Douglas Poston and Dorothy Sue Matthews Gainey.

She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Coleman Parker, son, Ryan Tyson, brother, Jay (Tamara) Poston, sister, Debbie Elmore. Vickie is also survived by her niece, Cierra Poston, nephew, Ronnie Lynch, and aunts, Marilyn Lloyd and Jessica Lynch.
