Tony Christopher Truett

Tony Christopher Truett, age 48, passed away on Friday, January 26, 2024. A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 2nd at 4:00pm in Belk Funeral Home, with a visitation taking place one hour prior to the service in the funeral home.

Tony was born in Darlington on June 2, 1975, he is the son of Leonard Truett and the late Virginia Strickland Truett. Before his disability Tony was a talented welder and worked from New York to Miami welding. In his spare time, Tony had many hobbies that he enjoyed but his favorite was fishing.

Tony is survived by his companion and the love of his life, Keri Gainey, his father, Leonard Truett, children, Thomas Truett, Dusten Skinner, Tripp Chapman, grandson, Ryan Skinner, and his siblings, Robbie (Debra) Truett, Mitchie (Cami) Truett, Len (Cherry) Gainey, Lisa (Woody) Barber, and Theresa Odom.

Preceding Tony in death is his mother, Virginia S. Truett and his step-mother, Barbara Truett.
