Todd Kelvin Northcutt passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. A graveside service will be held Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the cemetery of Philadelphia Southern Methodist Church.  

Todd was born on January 16, 1995, to the late Melissa Blackburn Northcutt and George G. Northcutt of Hartsville. He was ultimately raised by his great-grandparents, the late Richard and Sarah Harrell. Todd enjoyed working in his yard and planting a garden. He also loved fishing, eating cake, and drinking chocolate milk.

Todd leaves behind his sister, Bridgette Miller of Hartsville; his sister, Elizabeth Easterling of Darlington; and his brother, Edwin “B.J.” Easterling of Darlington, along with numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his stepmother, Tammy Northcutt; his stepfather, Kenneth Hopkins; his best friend, Michael Tyner; and his beloved fur babies, “Flossie Mae” and “Ladybird.”

Todd was preceded in death by his parents; his great-grandparents; and his grandparents, Debra and Raleigh Harrington.  Memorials may be made in his honor to Chinese Shar-Pei Four Suns Rescue and Rehab Inc. at the Chinese Sharpeis-pei Four Suns Rescue & Rehab Center at www.foursunsrescue.com

The family will be at the home of his sister, Bridgett, 953 Potato House Road in Darlington.
