Tammie Moody McNamara, age 52, passed away Monday, June 10, 2019. Funeral services will be held 3:00 pm Thursday, June 13th in the chapel at Belk Funeral Home with burial following at Black Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5-7 pm at the funeral home.
Born December 2, 1966, Tammie is the daughter of Joyce Davis and the late Richard Moody Sr. She enjoyed going to the beach and was a devoted mother to her only daughter, Haley.
Surviving are her mother and step-father, Joyce and Lawrence Gandy; daughter, Haley McNamara; brother, Ricky Moody Jr. of Darlington; maternal grandmother, Jeanette King Davis; her ex-husband who she remained good friends with, John McNamara; step-sisters, Emily (Bobby) Colvin, Jeni (Jimmy) Johnson of Hartsville; step-brother, Lex (Brook) Gandy; special friend, Bunny Mozingo; and her special dog, Sunny Beach.
She was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, W.C. Davis; paternal grandparents, Elinor and Pete Moody.
