Sue Lewis

Millie Sue Patterson Lewis, age 78, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2020. Belk Funeral Home of Darlington is assisting the family during this time.

Born on April 14, 1942, Sue was the daughter of the late Frank Patterson and Pearl Buchanan Patterson. When she was younger, she would hold and direct Ranger Rick Nature Club meetings for the neighborhood children, and was a substitute teacher for a short time. Sue enjoyed reading, sewing, loved animals and being around nature.

She is survived by her daughter, Susan Elaine Lewis Cooke. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Louise Miles, Kenneth "Jake" Patterson, Alma "Bug" Stonecypher, and Frank Patterson, Jr.
