Sharon Lee Freeman

Sharon Lee Freeman, age 66, passed away peacefully at her residence on Wednesday, December 6, 2023. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 9th at 1:00pm in Odom Cemetery, directed by Belk Funeral Home.

Sharon was born on November 26, 1957 in Williamsburg County, daughter of the late Willie Lynch and Lena Stone Lynch. Sharon worked with Nytronics for many years. She always loved to go out fishing and travelling to the beach and mountains which were her favorite. Sharon was an animal lover, especially when it came to horses.

Surviving Sharon is her husband of 35 years, James Allen "Pee Wee" Freeman, daughter, Jessica (Brandon) Bass-Kelly of Darlington and their children, Lily and Levi Kelly, her sister, Rosa Lee Lynch Taylor of Florence, and her brother Leroy Lynch of Society Hill. She is also survived by her niece and nephew, Willa Mae Ivey, and Ernest McGee.

In addition to her parents, Sharon is preceded in death by her brother, William Gary Lynch and two sisters, Willa Dean Lynch Welch and Marie Ann McGee.
