Sandy (Zweckerl) Revis

Kreszenz Z. "Sandy" Revis, age 87, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, June 23, 2021. The family will receive friends at Belk Funeral Home from 3:00 until 5:00 pm on Sunday, June 27th. A funeral service will be held at Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home in Fairfax, VA on Monday July 5th, at 2:00pm. There will be a time a visitation from 1:00 until 2:00. Burial will take place in Arlington National Cemetery.

Born in Germany on December 5, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Josef and Anna Moosburger Zweckerl. Mrs. Revis was a loving and devoted housewife who enjoyed reading and was a talented knitter. She was a longtime member of Lyons Free Will Baptist Church in Virginia and most recently, Southside Free Will Baptist Church in Darlington.

Surviving is her daughter Elfrieda (Rev. Larry) Monday of Darlington, grandchildren: Kreszena, Jonathan, Erika, Eric, Erica and Chrissy, great-grands: Destiny, Xander, Jordan, Tarin, Braylon, Elijah, Lauren, Mikaylah, Malachi, Ashby, Tyler and one great-greatgrandchild, Javeire. Also surviving are her siblings, Traudi, Erika and Heribert.

She was preceded in death by her husband James H. Revis, children Ernest Revis and James Revis, a grandchild, Meah and siblings: Hilde, Liese, Sepp, Jackl, Luke, Erich, Gerwald, Hubert and Anni.
