Sandra Hood Sansbury

Sandra Hood Sansbury, age 55, passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2021. A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 30th at Philadelphia Southern Methodist Church Cemetery, directed by Belk Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service.

Born on July 15, 1965 in Hollywood, Florida, Sandra was the daughter of the late James H. Hood and Carolyn D. Shelley. She worked for Caliber Home Loans for several years. She loved being at the beach and being around snow. Sandra will be remembered for her loving and giving personality, and for the love for her husband, Eddie Sansbury. She was a member of Southside Free Will Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Eddie D. Sansbury; son, Michael Watford of Florence; step-daughter, J.P. Sansbury of Hartsville; two sisters, Bonnie (Jamie) Weatherford and Susan Paulk; three step-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles; and her cat, Lucy.
