Ronnie Dean Brown

Ronnie Dean Brown, age 57, died Wednesday, January 20, 2016. A Memorial service will be held Friday, January 22 in the chapel at Belk Funeral Home at 2:00 PM. Born March 22, 1958 in Florence County, he was the son of the late Henry and Lynn Brown. Ronnie served his country in the United States Navy and worked in the industrial maintenance business in Kansas and then worked in the print shop at Dixie Cup until his retirement. Surviving are his wife, Suzanne Gainey Brown, two sons: Gregory Ponton-Brown, Nicholas Brown; a daughter, Caitlin Brown, his soon to be daughter in law, Tiffanie Wennersten, four grandchildren: Makenzie Boan, Zachary Boan, Bentley Henderson, Emma Ponton and his five siblings. He was preceded in death by his parents. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
