Polly was born in Horry County, SC on February 7, 1958 to the late Daniel Smith and Jane Todd Smith. Polly was a faithful and loving housewife.
She is survived by her sister, Elizabeth (Ricky) Mishoe.
In addition to her parents, Polly is preceded in death by her loving husband, Leslie Hopkins.
