Pauline "Polly" Burright (Edwards) Manship

Pauline Burright Manship, age 74, passed away at her residence on Friday, August 10, 2024. A visitation will be held in Belk Funeral Home from the times of 5:00pm until 6:00pm on Saturday, August 17th. A memorial service will follow the visitation at 6:00pm in the chapel.

Pauline was born in Lakeland, Florida on December 22, 1949, daughter of the late Andrew Wardlaw Edwards and Mary Pauline Edwards. Pauline worked as a Nursing assistant at Oakhaven for many years. Mrs. Manship was a devoted housewife, she always loved and cared for her family.

Surviving Pauline is her daughter, Ronda (Kenny) Pickett; three grandchildren, Donnie, Brian and Jason Hill; her sister, Sallie Blasingame and her dachshund, Roger.

In addition to her parents, Pauline is preceded in death by her husband, who passed away in 2021, Barney William Manship, and four brothers and a sister.

In honor of Mrs. Manship, memorials may be made to Central Baptist Church at 512 Spring Street Darlington, SC 29532.
