Patricia "Pat" Graham Moore

Patricia "Pat" Graham Moore,63, of Hartsville passed away Thursday September 28, 2023.

Pat was born in Cheraw, SC to the late Robert "Bob" Graham and Hazel Edna Mae Cole Graham.  She was a clerk for many years and most recently worked for Nurses Unlimited of Hartsville as a caretaker.  She enjoyed all types of music and loved video games.  In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time with her beloved grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughters Elicia (Travis) Anderson of Florence and Niki (Alex) McPherson of Columbia.  Her grandchildren Brandon Kiker, Rachel Kiker, Greta Kiker, Graham McPherson, and Jackson McPherson and two great grandchildren.  Her sister Robin (Barry) Cunningham of Spring Hill, TN.

Preceding her in death is her father Robert "Bob" Graham, Mother Hazel Graham, and sister Sandra Graham.
