Michael C. Jeffords

Michael "Fuzzy" C. Jeffords, age 56, passed away on Friday, August 30, 2024.  A visitation will be held in Belk Funeral Home from the times of 1:00pm until 2:00pm on Thursday, September 5th. A funeral service will take place following the visitation in the chapel at 2:00pm, burial will take place the following day Friday, September 6th at 10:00am in Florence National Cemetery. The family will be at the home of Sandy Schultz at 102 Beth Drive in Darlington.

Fuzzy was born in Fargo, North Dakota on October 29, 1967. His parents were Howell "Jeff" Jeffords and the late Kathryn Iseman Jeffords. Mr. Jeffords served in Desert Storm during his four years in the Navy. After his time in the service, he began working as an electrician and later in life worked for R&R Cleaning. Mr. Jeffords was an avid outdoorsman.

Surviving Fuzzy is his wife, Lesley Keister Jeffords, father, Howell "Jeff" Jeffords, his sister, Melinda Sikes and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceding Michael in death is his mother, Kathryn Jeffords who passed away in June of 2024.

In honor of Mr. Jeffords memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
