Michael H. Deridder

Michael H. DeRidder, age 68, passed away on August 30, 2022 at McLeod Regional Medical Center. A memorial service will be held in Temple Free Will Baptist Church on Thursday, September 1 at 3:00pm.

Michael was born in Harvey, Illinois on April 26, 1954. He is the son of the late Harry DeRidder and Ruth Fischer DeRidder. Michael worked as a parts manager for Mike Reichenbach for many years and loved serving the Lord, music, and the Chicago Cubs.

He is survived by his children: Ami McAuther, Brent (Amber) DeRidder, Chris DeRidder, grandchildren: Emily, Veda, Riley and Josie DeRidder, siblings: William DeRidder of Minnesota, Robin (Chuck) Walters of Darlington, Patty Windham of Darlington, Sandra (Dennis) Timmons of Darlington, Scott (Beth) DeRidder of Irmo, Margaret (Greg) Brown of Darlington, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his sister Sharon Goldman.
