Mary Floyd Roscoe

Mary Floyd Roscoe, age 91, passed away Sunday, December 27, 2020. A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 30th at Darlington Memory Gardens, directed by Belk Funeral Home. Masks and social distancing will be observed during the service.

Born October 11, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Charlie and Estella Floyd. Mary ran a daycare for children in Hartsville, and then worked at LEGGS. She was a member of South Hartsville Baptist Church.

Surviving are her children, Ann Breckenridge and Carolyn Oliver; granddaughter, Heather Kissiah; great-granddaughter, Kaleigh Kissiah; brother, George "Buck" (Molly) Floyd of Columbia; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J.V. Roscoe; her son, Keith Kissiah; siblings, Gladys Boseman Heyward, Lucille Hatchell, Clifton "Pal" Floyd, Josh Floyd, Blease Floyd and Spooky Floyd.
