Mary Weatherford (Mcardle) Goodson

Mary McArdle Weatherford Goodson, age 72, went home peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, April 21, 2023. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, April 23 at 3:00pm in Darlington Memory Gardens, directed by Belk Funeral Home.

Mary was born in Enterprise, Alabama on November 20, 1950 to the late Harley Ellis McArdle and the late Ida Floyd McArdle. She worked as a 911 Dispatcher for Darlington County for many years and retired as a State Law Enforcement Dispatcher. Mary always enjoyed spending time with her family.

Mary is survived by her children: Ray Weatherford of Dillon and John (Jennifer) Weatherford of North Myrtle Beach, grandchildren; Jonathan Weatherford and Catherine Weatherford, Alexa (David) Hancey, great-grandchild; Stirling Hancey.
