Martha 'Marti' Dunn

Martha "Marti" Ann Marsh Dunn, age 72, died Thursday, June 21, 2018. A memorial service will be held at Lamar United Methodist Church at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 23, 2018, directed by Belk Funeral Home. Born on March 21, 1946 in Hemingway, SC, she is the daughter of the late Hildebrand and Martha Graham Marsh. She retired from the Pee Dee Regional Council of Government as an accountant. Marti was a talented artist; she loved Christmas time and painting Christmas cards. Mrs. Dunn also enjoyed interior decorating, travelling and spending time with her grandchildren. Surviving are her husband, Grady Dunn of Lamar, her son, Brandy (Carrie) Haselden of Hemingway, two step-children, Shannon Dunn of Florence and Leslie Dunn (Tony) Moore of Florence, her grandchildren: Hunter and Haley Haselden and Parker and Noah Moore, a great grandson, Trystan Haselden, five brothers: Hildebrand (Mary) Marsh, Jr. of Unionville, TN , Beverly Marsh, Richie Marsh and friend, Billie, Kenneth Marsh, Joseph (Deborah) Marsh, all of Hemingway, and a brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Richard (Julie) Dunn of Sanford, NC and Kay (Gary) Lopossay of Bear Creek, NC, many cousins, nieces, and nephews, and her two canine companions. In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to Lamar United Methodist Church, PO Box 555, Lamar, SC 29069; or as a breast cancer survivor, to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Fund (ww5.Komen.org).
