Lori (Dudley) Jaks

Lori Dudley Jaks, age 51, passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2022. A visitation for Lori will be held from 5:00pm until 7:00pm on Sunday, November 20 in Belk Funeral Home. A memorial service will take place on Tuesday, November 22 at 4:00pm in Belk Funeral Home.

Lori was born on February 1, 1971 in Florence, SC. She is the daughter of Wade H. Dudley and Belva Ann "Red" Johnson Dudley. Lori worked as a Substitute Teacher in the Darlington County School District. She enjoyed a good cup of coffee, attending to her flower garden, cooking, fishing, and playing mobile games on her phone. Lori loved raising and educating her children and grandchildren. Lori enjoyed NASCAR and was an avid Green Bay Packers and New England Patriots fan. She attended Dominion Church.

She is survived by her husband, Franklin "Frank" D. Jaks, daughter, Kayla Jewel Grant, son, Tyler Webb Poole, grandchildren: Jackson Levi Sims, Karolina Jewel Sims, Mia Shanne Sims, and Kolton Wayne Hudson, and a uncle, Paul Dudley.

Lori is preceded in death by a brother, Larry Dudley.
