Lewis "Snoodle" S. Anderson

Lewis "Snoodle" Anderson, age 80, passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2024. A visitation will be held in Belk Funeral Home on Friday, September 27th from the times of 3:00pm until 4:00pm. A funeral service will be held in the chapel at 4:00pm, with burial immediately following in Darlington Memory Gardens.

Mr. Anderson was born in Darlington County on September 22, 1944 to the late Bonnie Allen Anderson and Alice Inez McKay Anderson. Snoodle was self-employed and worked many mechanical jobs over the years and in his younger days, he loved getting behind the wheel of a race car. He always enjoyed saltwater fishing.

He is survived by his children, Greg (Amanda) Anderson, Reese (Christina) Anderson, thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren, He is also survived by his brother, Allen (Judy) Anderson, his good friend, Michael June and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Anderson, three brothers and two sisters.
