It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Laura Elizabeth Carey-Parker, beloved wife, mother, daughter, and friend, who left us peacefully on July 1st, 2025, at the age of 62. Laura was born on February 11, 1962, in Rockville Centre, NY, and spent her life embodying strength, compassion, and dedicated service to her family and community. Laura was proud to serve her country in the Navy, demonstrating the bravery and commitment that would characterize her entire life. After her military service, she pursued her passion for electrical work, becoming a talented electrician. She was known not just for her skill in the trade, but for her warm heart and willingness to lend a helping hand to those in need. She leaves behind her loving husband, Max Parker; her devoted mother, Barbara Carey; her cherished daughter, Celeste Parker; her beloved son, Anthony Parker; and her dear brothers, Dennis and Richard Carey. Each of them carry memories of Laura's kindness, her vibrant spirit, and the unwavering love she gave.

A celebration of her life will be held at a future date, where friends and family will gather to share memories and celebrate the impact Laura had on all of our lives. We invite those who knew and loved her to join in honoring Laura's legacy of love and service.

In this time of sorrow, may we find solace in the memories we shared with Laura, and may her spirit continue to shine brightly in our hearts. Laura was preceded in death by: Richard Carey, Michael Carey.
