Joshua Michael Parrish

Joshua Michael Parrish, age 36, passed away from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. A visitation will be held on Sunday, February 18th in Freedom Baptist Church from 4:00pm until 5:00pm. A memorial service will follow the visitation at 5:00pm.

Joshua was born in Florence, SC on May 28, 1987, he is the son of Grady Stanley Parrish and the late Laura Melissa Godbold Parrish. After Joshua graduated from high school, he received his Bachelor's degree from Francis Marion. Joshua was described by all that knew him as a determined, hardworking, and honest man, he never met a stranger and would always be the first to crack a joke. In his free time, he enjoyed watching movies, attending Dragon Con, and travelling. Joshua was a member of Freedom Baptist Church.

Joshua is survived by his father and stepmother, Grady and ReeLynn Parrish, sister, Laura Parrish, brother, Matthew (Erika) Parrish, grandmother, Imogene Godbold, his uncles Davd (Renee) Godbold and Jerry (Laurie) Godbold. He is also survived by his nieces, Kali Parrish, Emma Jean Parrish, Evelyn Parrish, and his nephew, Emmett Parrish.

Joshua is preceded in death by his mother, Laura Melissa Godbold Parrish.
