Johnny Allen Poston

Johnny Allen Poston, 51, of Darlington, South Carolina, passed away on April 7th, 2025. No services are planned at this time.

Johnny was born on August 19th, 1973, in Darlington to Tommy Lewis Poston and Margaret Bailey Fennell.  Johnny found joy in the simple pleasures of life—especially fishing, working on cars, and bringing things to life through his talent as a painter. His hands were rarely still, always busy fixing, creating, or casting a line.

He is survived by his daughter, Sara (Eric) Lemley of Tennessee; his son Marion Lewis Poston, devoted sister and caretaker, Paula (Nicole Davis) Fennell of Darlington; his beloved grandchildren, Wyatt and Rachel Lemley.

Johnny was preceded in death by his parents, Tommy and Margaret, and his cherished son, Tyler A. Poston.

He will be dearly missed by those that knew and loved him.
