Joann Watson Anderson

Jo Ann Watson Anderson, age 61, passed away on Monday, August 28, 2023. A memorial service will take place at 1:00pm in the chapel of Belk Funeral Home on Sunday, September 3rd.

JoAnn was born in Houston, Texas on July 1, 1962, to the late Sammy K. Watson and Helen Marie Bowman. She was a resident of Socastee for the last 16 years before later moving to Florence. JoAnn was an animal lover, especially when it came to dogs, which were her favorite. JoAnn always enjoyed watching and attending WWE matches. She always loved the company of her friends and loved her sister, Marie and special friend, Ken dearly. JoAnn had a special love for her son, Chris, she always cherished the time they got to spend together.

She is survived by her husband, Oscar Anderson, Jr.; son, Chris Anderson; Charles Watson, sister, Marie Watson, and a special friend, Ken Wallace.
