Jimmie Blackmon

Jimmie E. Blackmon,84 went home to the Lord on September 20th, 2024.

Born June 20th, 1940 in Darlington, he is the son of the late Eva Brazell Blackmon Martin and Claude Blackmon.  He served  his country and was a Marine.  Jimmie was a career salesman.  Also a devoted Christian, Deacon, and member of Temple Free Will Baptist Church of Darlington, SC. Surviving is his son, Jimmie Lavern Blackmon, grandchildren Jessica Borgmeyer, Elizabeth, Katie, Calvin, Amy, Luke, Derrick, Brodrick, and Lauren Blackmon and many great grandchildren. Preceding him in death is his wife Louise Lloyd Blackmon, two sons Richard Alan Blackmon, Randy Eugene Blackmon, and a granddaughter Angela Marie Blackmon, a brother Billy Blackmon ad a sister Peggy Lee. Memorials may be made to Temple Free Will Baptist Church , 1660 N. Governor Williams Highway, Darlington, SC 29532.
