Ida Lou (Kennedy) Bishop

Ida Lou Kennedy Bishop of Bishopville, South Carolina passed away on Sep 20, 2022. A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 30 at 2:00pm in the Lamar Chapel of Belk Funeral Home. She was born on March 21, 1961 in Darlington County, daughter of Francis "F.L." Kennedy and Geraldine Cowick Lloyd. Mrs. Bishop was a "collector" of items, and enjoyed going to thrift stores and buying and then "restoring" items.

She is survived be her four children: Amy Hall, Sheila White, Jessica Banks and Frankie Polson, eight grandchildren; a sister, Angela (Jerry) Dalenta; also, several neices, nephews, cousins and extended family members.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Sue Yow and Jerry Gainey.
