Homer Acie Weatherford

Homer Acie Weatherford went home to the Lord on Monday, April 7th, 2025.

Homer was born August 14th, 1938 to Samuel Benjamin Weatherford and Isadora Drew Weatherford in Marion, South Carolina.  He married the love of his life Barbara and started a family together having two daughters Teresa and Pam.  He made a career working for Loomis Fargo and farming.  Homer truly never met a stranger, he always was ready with a smile and a funny story.  He enjoyed working on the farm immensely.

He leaves behind his daughter Teresa (Mike) Putnam, grandson Houston Weatherford, and great grandsons Beau and Winston Weatherford.

Preceding him in death is his beloved wife Barbara, his parents, his daughter Pam Brown, brothers S.B. Weatherford, Jr. and Don C. Weatherford, sisters Sadie Phila Weaver, Dorothy W. Pruitt, and Virginia W. Isgett.

Belk Funeral Home will be servicing the family at the graveside at Grove Hill Cemetery on Friday, April 11th, 2025 at 11:00am.
