Glenda Page Weatherford

Glenda Page Weatherford, age 76, died Monday, November 27, 2017. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 on Friday, December 1st at Mechanicsville Baptist Church, with burial following in the church cemetery, directed by Belk Funeral Home. Born on August 9, 1941 in Dublin, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late James T. and Minnie Simmons Page. Glenda worked in the insurance industry for a few years before leaving that profession to devote her time to staying at home and taking care of her family. Surviving is her husband, Everett C. Weatherford Jr., two sons, Charles (Espie) Weatherford of Carrollton, GA, Timothy Weatherford, her daughter, Tracy Weatherford , her mother-in-law, Myrtle Weatherford all of Darlington grandchildren, Steven Weatherford and Thomas Weatherford, a brother James T. Page of Valdosta, GA and. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 on Friday at the church.
