Frances Johnson Davis, age 73, passed away Sunday, May 5, 2019. The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 7th from 6-8 pm at Belk Funeral Home.
Born October 15, 1945, Frances is the daughter of the late Johnny Johnson and Hazel Lee Chapman Johnson. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and was famously known for her fried chicken.
Surviving are her children, Donnie Ray Davis Jr., Brad (Kim) Davis, John "Ficey" (Margie) Davis; grandchildren, Taylor, Garrett, Keagan, Riley, Courtney, C.J., and Tony; sisters, Virginia Gainey, Clarice Johnson, and Margaret Johnson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donnie Davis; grandson, Zachary Davis; and brother, Rufford Johnson.
