A Celebration of Fischer's life will be held Wednesday, April 9th at Mechanicsville Baptist Church. Visitation will start at 10:00am till 11, with service immediately following at 11.
Fischer Cruz Guinn left this earth to be with his Heavenly Father on Friday, April 4, 2025. Fischer was a "miracle" gift from God to his parents, Micah Ann Kimrey and Shuler Donovan Guinn. Even though he was only theirs for three years, he deeply touched those around him. Fischer was born on June 24, 2021 in Columbia, SC. At one month old, Fischer coded on the way to the emergency room, and was kept alive for forty-five minutes, thanks to CPR. Because of this, he suffered an anoxic brain injury. This is why he is a miracle child. He enjoyed splashing and playing in the water, music and animals. He enjoyed attention and the people that gave it to him.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Coast Guinn, grandparents: Jimmy and Lisa Kimrey, Sandra and Donovan Guinn, and many extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother Judy Bazen, great grand-parents, Jimmy Hoffman and Emmett and Roger Kimrey.
The family would like to thank those who have helped them in this journey: Pastor Frankie Tanner, Mechanicsville Baptist Church, Team Luke Hope for Minds, Hands of Hope, and Ronald McDonald Charities; their love and support will always be remembered and appreciated.
