Eugenia Duncan Adair, 86, went home to the Lord on Sunday, January 4th, 2026. A visitation will be held for her on Wednesday, January 7th from 11:00 to 12:00 at Belk Funeral Home of Darlington, a funeral service will follow in the Belk Funeral Home Chapel at noon. Internment will immediately follow at Wesley Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery of Lydia.
Eugenia was born December 25th, 1939 in Greenville County to James R. Duncan and Cornelia Tinsley Duncan. She worked at Dixie Cup for 32 years before retiring. She was a sweet lady who loved the Lord, loved to travel, loved her children and grandchildren very much.
She leaves behind her daughters: Debra Bellamy of Darlington, Donna (Allen) Gainey of Darlington, her sister Christine Knotts of Darlington, brothers: James Duncan of Darlington, Kenneth (Sharon) Duncan of Flint, Michigan and Ronald (Cheryl) Duncan of Texas. Her grandchildren: Missy Bonnoitt, James (Carrie) Hampton, Adam Strickland. Her great-grandchildren: Lucas (Alexis), Serra Grace, Cadence, Jordan, Brittany (Justin), Zoey, and James Jr; and her great-great grandchildren Anna Grace and Clayton.
Preceding her in death are her 1st husband James Lloyd and 2nd husband Julian Adair, her parents James and Cornelia, daughter Teresa Strickland, sisters: Patsy Lee, Ann Ham and Rebecca Ham; Grandsons Josh Clark and Garrett Gainey.
