Donald Huggins

Donald "Don" Huggins, age 77, passed away Monday, December 24, 2018. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 29th at Lamar United Methodist Church, with burial following at Lamar Memorial Cemetery, directed by Belk Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1-2 Saturday at the church. Born April 8, 1941, Don is the son of the late Charlie Huggins and Marie Johnson Huggins. He served in the U.S. Army, and worked for ESAB for 43 years. Don was a St. Louis Cardinals fan, and enjoyed watching Fox News. He attended Lamar United Methodist Church. Surviving are his wife, Liz D. Huggins of Lamar; his sons, Darian (Chanda) Huggins of Florence, Donnie Huggins of Lamar, and Daniel "Danny" Huggins of Florence; grandchildren, Lee D. Huggins, Erin Huggins, Rachel Huggins, and Megan Huggins; his half-sister, Wanda Wallace of Society Hill. Memorial may be made to Lamar United Methodist Church, PO Box 555 Lamar, SC 29069.
