Dianne Hardee Watford

Dianne Hardee Watford, age 64 died Sunday, June 12, 2022. A funeral service will be held 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 15th at New Life Worship Center in Oates Community, SC with burial following at Berea Cemetery, directed by Belk Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m. Wednesday at the church.

Born on December 4, 1957, Dianne was the daughter of the late Paul Hardee and Betty Drew Hardee Isgett. She worked as a store clerk for different convenient stores in Darlington County. She enjoyed traveling to the mountains, loved fishing and spending time with her family. Dianne was a member of Meadowbrook Church of God in Sumter.

Surviving are her husband, Bunyan "Pete" Watford of Lamar; two sons, Danny (Casey) Watford of Lake City and Wayne (Serena) Watford of Colorado; six grandchildren, Emily, Isaac, Justine, Olivia, Destany, and Devin; two great-grandchildren, Liam and Cohen; brother, Russell Hardee; sister, Dana (Wayne) Powell; and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a son, Eric Watford; and a brother, Mike Hardee.
