Diane (Milliken) Anderson

Judith Diane Anderson, age 73 died at home on Friday, April 01, 2022. A funeral service will be held 5:00 p.m. Sunday, April 3rd in the chapel at Belk Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 4-5 Sunday at the funeral home.

Born in Whiteville, North Carolina on June 10, 1948, Judith was the daughter of the late Claude Milliken and Virginia Norris Milliken. She worked at Oakhaven Nursing Home for 19 years as a housekeeper, and then at the Presbyterian Home until her retirement. She enjoyed doing crafts, being outdoors cutting grass or working in her flower beds.

Surviving are her husband, Dennis E. Anderson; son, Ronnie Barfield of Darlington; daughter, Cindy (Scott) Vito of Florida; grandchildren:  Dalton Herring, Ashley Leporte and Logan Vito; 15 nieces and nephews; and a sister, Jeannie (Robert) Mintz of Chadborn, NC.

She was preceded in death by a son, Mark Herring; her sisters; and a brother, Roger Milliken.
