Deborah Carnes Harllee

Darlington - Deborah Lynn Carnes Harllee, age 60, passed away Thursday, May 10, 2018 in McLeod Hospice House in Florence. A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, May 12 in the chapel at Belk Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2-3 Saturday at the funeral home. Born April 20, 1958, Deborah is the daughter of the late Myrtis Carnes and Betty Sanders Carnes. She was a graduate of St. John's High School, and then attended nursing school. She enjoyed nursing and retired as a LPN for McLeod Hospital after 30 years. Deborah was a member of Central Baptist Church and enjoyed singing in the church choir and working in the nursery. Surviving is her daughter, Jennifer (Russell) Biering; grandchildren, Kayli, Chase, and Kamryn; nephew, Ron Carnes; nieces, Amber Carnes, Paige Carnes, and Jessie Carnes. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Ronald "Ronnie" Carnes and Johnny Carnes. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Central Baptist Church, 512 Spring St. Darlington, SC 29532.
