Dawn Mcmillen-Kelly

Dawn Lee McMillen-Kelly,52, of Darlington passed away on, June 5th, 2023.  A visitation will be held at Belk Funeral Home on Friday, June 9th from 1:30 to 2:00pm. A service will follow in the chapel at 2:00 pm with a private family burial following in Grove Hill Cemetery.

She was born in Ogdensburg, New York to Richard "Dick" Edwin McMillen and Jeanne Elizabeth Rowledge McMillen on August 17th, 1970. She was a career Training Specialist III for BlueCross BlueShield.  Dawn was a proud mother and enjoyed travelling to NY whenever she got the chance, scrapbooking, and stamping up. She loved to cook and enjoyed watching cooking shows. Dawn was a doting mother, a loving aunt, and cherished sister. To know her was to love her, and she will be deeply missed by her family and all who had the chance to know her..

Dawn leaves behind her only son, Spencer William Kelly, sisters Lynn (Danny) Coleman and Tammy Boggs of Darlington, her mother-in-law Mrs. Judith Kelly, niece Taylor(Christian) England, nephew Brandon(Anna) Boggs, great niece Kenna and great nephew Isaac.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband Charles "Chuck" Edward Kelly, III, brother Mike McMillen, and her parents Dick and Jeanne.
