Cynthia (Howle) Bailey

Cynthia "Cindy" Howle Bailey, age 62 died at home Monday, December 20, 2021. A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 23rd in the chapel at Belk Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service, and other times at the home of her daughter, 1257 Oakdale Dr. Florence.

Born on March 7, 1959, Cindy was the daughter of the late Clifton C. Howle, Sr. and Ruby Amerson Howle. She received her CNA in nursing. She enjoyed planting in her garden, watching Gunsmoke and Bonanza, loved animals and cooking for her family. Cindy attended Dovesville Church of God.

Surviving are her husband of 26 years, William Harley Johnson; her daughter, Marsha Bailey; grandchildren, Jaylah and Aubree Bonaparte; brothers, Clifton C. "Cecil" Howle, Jr. and William "Willie" James (Gena) Howle; and her canine companion, Punk Johnson.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Paula Rae Howle Ivy, Martha Lynn Howle Odom; and her dog, Myah Johnson.
