Craig Eric Suggs

Craig Eric Suggs, age 65, passed away on January 20, 2025. Born May 18, 1959, in Darlington, South Carolina to the late John and Eunice Powers Suggs.

Craig was a dedicated professional in the manufacturing industry, where he devoted many years to his role at Dixie Cup/GP, contributing to the production of paper products. He held a Bachelor's Degree, which underscored his commitment to knowledge and excellence in his field. A passionate enthusiast, Craig was an avid supporter of Clemson University's sports teams and enjoyed watching college basketball. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life, often spending time relaxing in his swing in the yard after a long day at work. Craig also had a profound appreciation for cars and was known as a gun enthusiast. Craig is survived by his beloved sister, Tammy (Tony) McKnight, and his devoted nephews, Michael McKnight, Michael H.L. McKnight, and John "JJ" L. McKnight, Jr.

In addition to his parents, Craig is preceded in death by his brother, Robert Keith Suggs and nephew, John McKnight.

A public viewing will take place on January 25, 2025, at 12:30 PM, at Belk Funeral Home. A graveside service will commence at Swift Creek Baptist Church Cemetery on January 25, 2025, at 2:00 PM, where Craig will be laid to rest.
