Clinton Mark Langston

Clinton Mark Langston, 42, passed away at home after a long battle with Huntington’s Disease, on Saturday, June 20th, 2026. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 26th, 2026, at 3:30 pm at Midway Baptist Church, Wingate NC, in the church sanctuary. The family will receive friends from 3:00 – 3:30 pm in the church family life center.

Clint was born December 16th, 1983, in Monroe, NC, to Jeannie Langston Parker and the late Jimmy Langston. He graduated from Forest Hills High School, Marshville, NC. Clint enjoyed traveling, computer games, playing the guitar, was an avid chess player, and spending time with family.

In addition to his mother, Jeannie and step-father Curtis, he is survived by his sister-in-law, April Langston, niece, Savannah Griffin (Trent) and nephew, Jared Langston, and his great nephew, Easton Griffin. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and cousins, along with his Maternal Grandmother Nancy Downing.

Clint was preceded in death his father, Jimmy Langston, and his brother, Jesse Langston; Paternal Grandfather I.D. Langston (Janet), Paternal Grandmother Delores McKay, Maternal Grandfather Chester Downing, Maternal Grandmother Alice Coon (Buddy).
