Cathy Moody Perkins

Cathy Moody Perkins passed away in her home Wednesday, August 22, 2018. Cathy was the daughter of the late Theodore Moody, Sr and Francis Lee. She was married to Chip Perkins. She loved NASCAR (especially Jeff Gordon) and the South Carolina Gamecocks and being a Nana to her grandchildren. She was a breast cancer survivor. She is survived by her husband, Chip; and children Sunny (Eddie) Stokes, Chris (Tara) Perkins, Becca (Bradley) Hamilton, and Tara (Allen) Steele. Also surviving are grandchildren: Trey Wingate, Megan Wingate, Drake Hayes, Dusten Skinner, Sarah Page Stokes, Caden Steele, Jackson Perkins, Beckett Hamilton, and Emma Sayge Steele. Family will receive friends at 1100 Society Hill Road, Darlington, SC. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Susan G. Komen in Cathy's memory.
