Carolyn Jacobs Wagoner

Carolyn Jacobs Wagoner, age 74, passed away Monday, April 29, 2019. A visitation will be held Friday, May 3rd from 12:00-1:00 pm at Belk Funeral Home with a graveside service at 2:00 pm at Florence National Cemetery. Carolyn was born November 25, 1944. She is the daughter of the late Abbie B. Jacobs and Elizabeth Tobias Jacobs. She was married to Leonard "Shorty" R. Wagoner Sr. who died in 1997. Carolyn was a member of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church. She is survived by her sister, Elsie Andrews; nieces and nephews, Thomas Truett, Timmy Melton, Amy Melton, Brenna McGinnis, Matthew McGinnis, Geoffrey McGinnis, and her cousins, Cheryl Tobias and Eddie Tobias. She was preceded in death by her sister, Thelma McGinnis. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church building fund, 145 E. College Ave Hartsville, SC 29550, American Heart Association at www.heart.org, American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org, or to the American Diabetes Association at www.diabetes.org.
