Bryan Durant

Bryan Walter DuRant, age 47 passed away Friday, March 04, 2016. Funeral services will be held 3:00pm Sunday, March 6th in the chapel at Belk Funeral Home with burial following at Black Creek Cemetery. Born June 2, 1968, Bryan is the son of Carolyn Gainey Odom, and the late Marvin W. DuRant. He worked for James Rivers for 18 years; he loved fishing and enjoyed working on old cars, and spending with his grandchildren and his nephews. Surviving are his mother and step-father, Carolyn and Joseph "Joe" Odom; his wife, Dina Morris; his three daughters, Sheena DuRant of Hartsville, Courtney DuRant and Hailey DuRant, both of Darlington; two grandchildren, Gracie and Kayden Astralla; his brother, Kevin (Rebecca) DuRant of Darlington; his step-sister Monica (Ronnie) Poston of Bennettsville, his step-brother, Joe "Little Joe" Odom of Darlington, two special nephews, Brennen and Walter DuRant, and his loyal canine companion Ladybug. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm Saturday, March 5th at Belk Funeral Home, and other times at the home of Carolyn Odom, 209 Mont Clair Rd. Darlington, SC 29532.
