Brian Marquez Horne

Brian Marquez Horne, 27, passed away on Saturday, June 13th, 2026. A funeral service will be held Friday, June 19th, 2026 at 5:00 pm at Belk Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 4-5 pm at the funeral home.

Brian was born April 4th, 1999, in Florence, SC, to Angela Nicole Horne Tyson. He graduated from Florence-Darlington Technical College and made a living as a welder. He had attended Dominion Church. Brian was an avid fisherman and hunter, enjoyed working on cars, and loved listening to music.

In addition to his mother Nicky and his step-father Jermaine “Maine” Tyson, are his wife, Kaitlynn Jackson Horne ; daughters; Caelynn Horne and Brin’Lee Horne, siblings; Jermaine Tyson, Jr, Mason Tyson, Nicole Tyson, Janecia Clark, and many other half brothers and sisters; Grandmother; Betty “Be-Bop” Horne; grandparents; Josephine and Harry Fleming; and many cousins and extended family members. Although Brian had a big extended family, he developed many relationships that he cherished deeply through the family.

Brian was preceded in death by his Grandfather; Ervin “Pa” Horne, and a cousin who was more like a brother; Nathan Hatchell.
