Brenda "Susie" Hopkins

Brenda "Susie" Hopkins,65, of Darlington passed away on Sunday July 16,2023.  Visitation will be Wednesday July19th at Belk Funeral Home from 3 to 5pm.  Funeral services are Thursday July 20th in the Belk Funeral Home Chapel at 11am.  Burial will be immediately following at her residence.

She was born on August 12,1957 to Ray Anderson and Helen Lloyd Anderson.  Brenda was a devoted mother and wife.  "Susie" and Jody were married for 49 loving years.  She enjoyed visiting the beach, loved all types of music and flowers.   She also leaves behind her daughters Renea Hopkins(Bobby Kennedy) and Crystal(Chris) Roberts. Grandchildren, Jordan and Caleb Kennedy, CJ and Ryan Roberts and great grandchildren, Paiton and Claire Roberts, Junior and Marie Rose Roberts,  her special brother David and Richard Anderson, and sister Tina Anderson.

She is preceded in death by her siblings Louise McInville, Alice Larymore, Bill Anderson, Ann "Toot" Jackson.
